Our approach to sourcing botanicals is not just about being picky, but about being meticulous and respectful. We ensure they’re harvested at their prime, always mindful of the soil and avoiding any contribution to the overproduction cycle. Each of our products is a testament to the diverse terroirs they come from, inspired by nature itself.

We adhere to a philosophy of clean, pure sourcing that demonstrates our respect for nature - the result is an artful blend as thoughtful as it is delightful. Drawing inspiration from a wide spectrum of culinary and gastronomic techniques - from the intricate process of chartreuse to the time-honored art of aging cheese, our well-traveled product creator works in synergy with our dedicated in-house team of chefs and brewers. Together, they carefully craft each small batch, ensuring a long shelf-life without the crutch of alcohol titrations or artificial additives.

And the icing on the cake? Every product is 'freshly made' to order from a packaged goods perspective. This practice lets us enhance the potency and flavor of our products, promising an unrivalled experience each time.

Science Behind Our Sweeteners

Our Tasting and Testing process starts with an internal assessment. During this initial phase, we critically evaluate various formulations, selecting the top three that meet our stringent standards for quality, efficacy, taste, and overall experience.

These top formulations then proceed to Phase 2, where our expert taste curators provide valuable feedback. Post this assessment, we refine our formulations, taking onboard the feedback to perfect our product.

The final, refined formulation then undergoes one more round of Tasting and Testing before it is approved. Upon approval, it's sent to our production department to commence the aging process, bringing us one step closer to providing you with a remarkable experience.

Each of our final formulations undergoes a unique microaging process. The formulations are subjected to pressure and gradual temperature changes, resulting in a smooth blend that ages over a predetermined period. This method is designed to naturally enhance flavors, textures, and efficacy, triggering an exceptional sensory experience and unveiling the roasted character of each blend.

Once our formulations are complete, they are subjected to rigorous quality control to guarantee consistency and pleasure in every sip. We employ 3rd party lab testing and sometimes multiple iterations to strike the perfect balance. Our brews and blends are crafted in a controlled environment, using temperature to carefully temper and emulsify, ensuring no degradation to the phytochemicals that have developed over time.

Upon finalizing a new formulation, we begin with a limited release to a select group of our customers, capping the availability at 350 products. This exclusive access allows us to gather additional feedback and ensure our new product meets our community's expectations. Once confident in its success, we then proceed to a larger scale production, making the product available to a wider audience.
